There is a certain, very specific reaction I have to listening to The Cave by Mumford & Sons. One of the very first times I had listened to it, I was in a van in West Virginia. I leaned my head against the window and saw the entire world turn into a greenish brown blur as we wound our way around West Virginia’s infamous rural winding roads. Ever since that day, listening to Mumford & Sons seemed wrong anywhere else. It just didn’t fit.
Luckily, I found an alternative and he is amazing. Ben Cooper, a singer-songwriter from Jacksonville, Florida, has a musical endeavor called Radical Face.
